A message from your Hunt and Game Master, Andrew Olesh....

- Thanks to all who attended the hunter safety meeting yesterday. Required yearly refresher to hunt club properties.

- There will be another hunter safety meeting scheduled and announced after membership orientation on 9/6.

- We are in active discussion with the new owner of the "Goshen property" regarding securing access for this year's regular hunting season. While there is a chance we will be able to hunt the property, currently no SFGA member has permission to hunt or even be on the property. If access is allowed, this decision will be announced to membership.

Our Hunting and Game Committee Co-Chairman Andrew Olesh. This individual is also the Chairman for our Tree Stand Safety Committee.

Our Varmint Committee Chairman is Bob Zovinka.

Our Pheasant and Bird Stocking Committee Chairman is Stefano Milioto.

SAFETY IS OUR CLUB'S NUMBER ONE PRIORITY!

Our club follows all New York State Laws, and all hunters must be trained, licensed, and perform specific work hours before being allowed to hunt.

Hunting vermin is not allowed on club property without being a member of the Varmint Committee and being approved to do so first.

Our Clubhouse now has a work Log-In Book. If you are working to satisfy your hours for hunting, please do log your hours into the book. If you need a list of what you can do to satisfy the hours, please do see our Facilities Management and Maintenance Director, Stefano Milioto.
